I visited the Gibson store today at Starhill and had a wonderful experience. Gibson specialist Pedro was very kind and brought me to the acoustic room to show me the beautiful range of Gibson acoustic guitars. I had a great time trying out many high-end models, which are hard to come by. Pedro was friendly, patient, and helpful in answering all my questions. We even had a long chat about Gibson guitars like old friends!
Had a really great experience here. The service was absolutely fantastic. Fadzil gave me excellent information about the guitar and treated me very well. Also, thank you to Pedro for helping me carry the guitar all the way to my car.
Great service from Limmy and the rest of the staff! They were very hospitable and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. Limmy even offered my girlfriend and me bottles of water. Even though I didn’t intend to try any guitars, they kindly encouraged me to do so and immediately lowered the background music so I could fully experience the sound. I was blown away by the warmth and richness of tone from the rosewood SJ-200.
